This character appears in the cartoon Justice League Unlimited, she belongs to a group that wants to have some advantage against the league in case they get bad, but every time they manage to do that, it turns against them and the league has to save them. With that she ended up becoming an ally of the League, with the group being undone with her admitting that considering everything that happened it is better to start taking it easy with them.

Amanda Waller is a character in the DC Universe who often plays the role of both hero and villain and is famous for heading the Suicide Squad.
