Biography
The youth and history of Bicycle Repair Man are a mystery. He is known as Mr. F.G. Superman in a world were everyone is a superhero. However, whenever bicycles are broken or 'menaced by International Communism', he changes into Bicycle Repair Man and repairs them.

As F.G. Superman, he carries himself like other people in his city: in a full superhero costume, standing upright and barrelchested, looking quite dramatic. However, as Bicycle Repair Man, his attitude is a lot more humble and unassuming, though his skills leave everyone else in a state of impressed awe.
