Biography[]
Big Billy's (William W. William) past remains unknown, including how he joined the Gangreen Gang and where he got his green skin. He is first scene helping Ace in his plan to use the Powerpuff Girls' Buttercup's crush on Ace for his own advantage, before being defeated by the girls. Later, Billy, along with the other members of the Gangreen Gang, were beaten up by the Powerpuff Girls' most fearsome villains after a phone prank that backfired.
The Gangreen Gang later were forced to attend kindergarten by a truent officer, where they began bullying other kids. However, the Powerpuff Girls were able to defeat them without "fighting" by beating them up with dodgeballs.
After the Girls saved Billy from an oncoming train, he left the Gangreen Gang and vowed his loyalty to the Powerpuff Girls. The Girls agreed but soon found his well intentioned help even more destructive then when he opposed them and rejected him.
