Biography[]
William Derek Hand was born to parents (names unrevealed) in Coastville, California and was raised with his three brothers Joe, David and Peter. William was bullied by his brothers and became the black sheep of the family, making him decide to distance himself from them as he grew older. He turned to a life of crime, as a response to his brother's success in legitimate business.
