Black Hood (Wayne Simondson) was a superhero in the DC Comics’ Impact Comics Universe.
Origin[]
Wayne Simondson was a collector of weapons and medieval artifacts. When he bought an executioner's hood from the Middle Ages, Wayne put in on. Unbeknownst to Wayne, the hood was cursed so that the wearer would only do good by punishing evil. Creating costume and putting all his weapons to use, Wayne was compelled by the hood to become the vigilante known as the Black Hood.
