Bulletman (Jim Barr)is a superhero in the Fawcett and DC Universes.
Origin
Despite Jim Barr's desire to become a cop, his physical weaknesses prevented him from entering the police force. Focusing on ballistic sciences, Jim created both a "crime cure" that increased one's physical prowess, as well as the gravity regulator helmet, a bullet-shaped helmet that made him able to fly and deflect bullets. Jim then decided to use his newfound powers to fight crime as Bulletman.
