Origin[]
Reep was an alien from the planet Durla who learned that his people were feared and mistrusted due to their shapeshifting powers when he visited Earth. Wanting to prove that Durlans were good people, Reep joined the Legion of Super-Heroes as Chameleon Boy, hoping that his heroics would help improve people’s perceptions of shapeshifters.
