Biography[]
Woody Wilkins past remains largely unknown. What is known is that he is a comic book creator who worked on a character of his own creation named Condorman. A skilled engineer, Woody wanted to create new inventions that he could use as the basis as devices for the Condorman characters. To this end, he was even willing to risk his life, such as creating what was intended to be a fully functional flight suit like the character he created wears and tested it on the Eiffel Tower, only to find it fail on him.
Woody was later asked by a friend in the CIA, a file clerk named Harry, to perform a civilian paper swap in Istanbul. While there, Woody would meet Natalia Rambova, a KGB spy, and introduces himself to her as an American secret agent Condorman.
