Cyborg Superboy (Travv) is a supervillain in the DC Universe and a cybernetic technopath possessing a clone of Superboy.
Origin[]
Travv was created as a clone of Superboy to be sold as a weapon.
History[]
Travv was a clone created from Daxamite DNA to be a living weapon, but was altered into a technopath with cybernetic parts. The alterations of his DNA meant he no longer had the natural powers a Daxamite would have under a yellow sun. Deeply resentful about the loss of his birthright, he and his fellow weapon clones waged war against their creator. They crossed paths with Superboy and Travv convinced Superboy that he was a hero who wanted to free clones across the galaxy. As a clone of Superman, Superboy sympathized with Travv. In truth Travv intended to control all the clones himself. When Travv began killing his enemies, Superboy fought him, and Travv seemingly died when his cybernetic parts self-destructed.
However, Travv had secretly cloned Superboy and when he self-destructed, his cybernetic nervous system was able to attach itself to the Kryptonian clone and possess it, transferring Travv’s mind into the Superboy clone’s brain. Now the Cyborg Superboy, Travv fought Superboy only to be defeated when Superboy used his telekinetic powers to redirect Travv’s energy attack back at him.
Powers[]
Cyborg Superboy is a technopath, able to control and manipulate computers and machinery with his mind. His spine is a cybernetic computer system that stores his consciousness and can move independently of his body if removed and attach to another living being so Cyborg Superboy can possess it.
As his new body was cloned from Superboy, Cyborg Superboy possesses all of Superboy’s telekinetic and Kryptonian powers.
