Weatherman has the power to control weather (with the help of The Bus).
Aftermath[]
After accidentally creaing a thunder storm, Ralphi almost gives up being Weatherman, but knowing what to do, urges Ralphi to become Weatherman, who rescues them by leading them out of the storm.
Appearance[]
In the actual show, he looks like Ralphie, but with a blue cape. In the reboot, he has a blue mask and gloves, a white suit, a red cape, and a dark blue belt and boots.
