Flash (Wally West) is a superhero in the DC Universe who learned that his uncle Barry Allen was the Flash and became his sidekick Kid Flash, before taking the Flash mantle for himself after Barry seemingly died. Wally West is said to be the fastest Flash.
Origin[]

Wally West as Kid Flash
Wally West was a boy who was covered in chemicals and struck with lightning, recreating the same accident that created the superhero The Flash. He decided to use his powers as Kid Flash, later replacing his mentor following his death.
