An inventor of microchips capable of becoming intangible, the man who would be Ghost was appeased by the company he made rich with trinkets and sexual favours from an employee. When the woman he loved was killed to ensure her silence, the inventor used his invention to turn himself intangible and murder his love's killers one by one and turned to being the corporate saboteur known as the Ghost.
