Henry "Hank" Pym is a superhero scientist in the Marvel Universe who has adopted many super-hero identities including Ant-Man, Giant-Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket and the Wasp (the name usually taken by his wife Janet van Dyne) to name a few, who has the power to talk to ants through his helmet, and can alter his size. Most recently, he and Ultron, his archnemesis, merged into a single entity.

Origin

After discovering a particle that allows one to shrink, Henry Pym decided to use it towards fighting crime as Ant-Man as well as developing devices that allow him to control ants.

Biography

Early Life

Henry Jonathan Pym was born to Brad and Doris Pym (a factory foreman and a bookkeeper, respectively) in the town of East Nowhere. Nebraska. Even at a young age, he proved himself to be a scientific prodigy, creating bizarre and unique inventions and was encouraged by his loving grandmother, though Pym decided to become much more serious-minded after her passing.

A brilliant biochemist with extensive knowledge in other sciences, Henry "Hank" Pym fell in love with Maria Trovaya, a young woman from Hungary who opposed the government and fled the country as a refugee. But then he fell in love with wasp when he was with the avengers

Hank Pym has appeared as a founding member of the Avengers in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, has appeared in Avengers Assemble's episode "One Little Thing", and will be appearing in the 2015 film "Ant-Man"

Powers

When tiny has the same strength and speed as normal size, when giant size has super strength, can speak to bugs that lets him ride them and swarm which could be deadly
