Biography[]
Very little is known about Hoof's early years or even if Hoof is an unlikely real name or a nickname. Hoof initially worked as a henchman for the arch-criminal Taurus Bulba and was involved in the stealing of the Ramrod, a powerful anti-gravity gun. Hoof was blasted by an anti-gravity gun and floated away, never to be seen again.

Despite his criminal nature, Hoof is rather hapless. He remains silent for reasons unknown, so usually Mouth does the talking for the both of them.

Mouth is the short ram who speaks for both of them.

Along with Mouth, he was an agent of the arch-criminal Taurus Bulba and his plan to steal an anti-gravity gun, before being defeated by Darkwing Duck. He was last scene being struck by an anti-gravity gun and floating off, never to be seen again.
