Jeff Palmer is a character in the TV series Smallville.
Jeff Palmer is the very protective brother of Amy Palmer.
His parents worked on the staff at the Luthor Mansion. He found some strange green roses on the grounds of the mansion. He studied the meteor rock-mutated roses, extracted their oils, and created a cream that rendered him invisible.
Powers and Abilities[]
Jeff managed to make a cream out of the oils of the green roses of the garden, which make him invisible. This invisibility tough, is not permanent as Jeff is seen perfectly visible after using it. Jeff´s invisibility allowed him also to be almost undetectable by Clark´s x-ray vision.
Season One[]
Jeff's sister was obsessed with Lex Luthor and jealous of his current house guest, Victoria Hardwick. Jeff used his invisibility to vandalize Victoria's room, making Lex think there was a "ghost" haunting his mansion, but when she still didn't leave, he tried to drown her in her bathtub. One day after Amy had another jealous attack he went for Lex, attacking him and shouting him to choose Amy over Victoria. Clark arrives just in time to see Lex hurt in the floor and manages to push Jeff to a construction where a paint bucket fell on him, making him visible again, he fainted. After his battle with Clark Kent, he was taken away in an ambulance in need of some "serious therapy."
