His last plan before getting arrested was an attempt to set the sun on fire and hoped that Doofenshmirtz would take over for him in his absence. Believing this to be impractical, Doofenshmirtz declined and was instead entrusted with destroying his secret lair. However, after interference from [[O.W.C.A.]] [[Perry the Platypus|Agent P]], Doofenshmirtz was forced to abandon this plan.
