Major Francis Monogram is the director of the secret organization O.W.C.A. in the animated TV series Phineas and Ferb.
Major Monogram is voiced by Jeff "Swampy" Marsh (and was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker as a young man).
Origin[]
Despite his initial misgivings, Francis Monogram followed his father's footsteps in the military and eventually became the director of the Organization Without a Cool Acronym.
Biography[]
Francis Monogram's parentage isn't entirely clear, though it is known he has an unnamed father that he was raised by. Though he originally wanted to become an acrobat as a child, he was pressured by his father to enter a career in national security. He also grew up with a disdain for Santa Claus after he never got his one with, a pony, for Christmas.
As he got older, he trained at a facility known as the Academy with a then-young Ray Liotta, who would grow up to become a famous actor. It was during an argument about being forced into the Academy that Monogram's father declared he wasn't his real father and that the matter should be considered settled.
