Manny is a super-villain in the comic book series Empowered.
Origin[]
A dying 12-year boy given his last wish by the "Grant-A-Wish" foundation, Manny chose to live out his fantasy of tying up superheroine Empowered. Following this, he is emboldened to take a special drug called Mayfly, which grants him super-intelligence and allowing him to live out his true dream... to become a supervillain.
