The Mask[]

Is a mystical object which when worn grants it's users fantastic reality warping cartoon powers as well as the cost of their insanity. The mask origins all started of that of a tribe who were carving a mask from wood which they later placed it on hexes and incantations which later gave the creation of the mask a will of it's own as well as reality powers.

Stanley Ipkiss[]

The first possessor of the Mask was a man named Stanley Ipkiss. Most of Stanley's past is unknown, though he was in a relationship with a woman named Katherine. He found the mysterious mask and took it home so he could give it to his girlfriend. However, he soon found that it gave him incredible superpowers, as well as altering his own personality to become less inhibited and more unhinged. Initially, he intended to use his powers to help others, but instead decided to avenge personal vendettas in lethal ways. Soon, Stanley's obsession with the Mask and using its destructive powers cost him his relationship and made him a target of the authorities. Lieutenant Kellaway lead the police against the Mask, only to have his forces decimated and found himself unable to stop the Mask's murderous spree.
