Metron is a New God in the DC Universe who often oscillates alliegences between the warring worlds of New Genesis and Apokalyps to further his quest for knowledge.
Origin
Metron's true origins are unknown, though it is known he comes from neither the two known world's of the New Gods: New Genesis nor Apokalips.
Biography
The past of Metron remains unknown. What is known is that he is a high-level scientist, explorer and inventor among the New Gods, powerful alien dieties. However, despite being one of them, Metron seems to come from neither of the two planets that the other New Gods originate from: New Genesis and Apokalips. He has no fixed alliance, but rather, he assists any New God, good or evil, who can assist him in his quest for knowledge.
