The Muramasa Blade is the name for two swords in the Marvel Universe capable of killing the superhero Wolverine.

The First Blade

The first blade, also known as the Black Blade, is many centuries old and was forged by the legendary swordsmith known only as Muramasa. He designed it to give its weilder superhuman abilities by grafting a piece of his soul into it.
