That's the name of two unrelated Marvel characters, one a supehero and the other a villain.

Nuke (Squadron Supreme)[]

Albert was a nuclear plant worker when he accidentally gained his superhuman powers. He became Nuke, an adventurer and member of the Squadron Supreme, and a super-powered hero who kept his identity a secret from even his own family.

Although the producers of the Avengers Assemble cartoon use the villainous version of Squadron, of which Nuke is not a part, he appears as a member of Squadron, he was the only one that did not gain features that make him more like the DC character in the which he is based on, Captain Atom.

Nuke (Frank Simpson)[]

Frank Simpson was a test subject of the Weapon Plus program, the supersoldier program that had created Captain America and would later have their Weapon X facility transform Wolverine into a killing machine. The enhancing and conditioning process went awry, leaving Nuke seriously deranged.

Media[]

The character appears on Jessica Jones as Will Simpson.
