Oolong Island is a location in the DC Universe and a base for a conclave of mad scientists.
History[]
Located in the Yellow Sea off of the West coast of North Korea, Oolong Island was a protectorate of the People's Republic during the cold war. Sometime after, it gained sovereign status and became it's own nation. The island was originally under the command of Chang Tzu, a mad scientist who had mutated himself and began using it as a sanctuary and base of operations for other mad scientists.
