Perry was a platypus trained by the secret organization the O.W.C.A. to fight evil.

When young step-brothers Phineas and Ferb adopted Perry from a pet shop, they were unaware that the store was an O.W.C.A. based, designed to get their agents adopted and integrated into society. Perry then made his HQ under his family's house as the spy extraordinaire Perry the Platypus. Since then he has continued to lead a double life as a pet and the top agent of the O.W.C.A.
Perry would go on to defeat numerous threats to the Tri-State Area, most notably the evil scientist Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
