Eobard Thawne was the first Reverse-Flash who hailed from the future.
Origin[]
A criminal from the future, Eobard Thawne found the Flash's costume in a time capsule and used feature science to use it to reproduce the Flash's speed, becoming the arch-criminal Reverse-Flash.
Biography[]
Born in the 25th century, Eobard Thawne was born to unnamed parents who genetically engineered with certain physical qualities (mostly his appearance) and high intelligence. However, his parents worried about his daydreaming and lack of social skills as he grew up, which made him something of an outsider in their highly regimented society. His parents believed that a sibling would help him and eventually Eobard had a little brother named Robern.
Instead, Eobard struggled to manage his brother and occasionally had outbursts that his parents reprimanded, much to his chagrin. To work on his behaviour, he was constantly spending time in social bonding sessions and psychological analyses with his brother that he fell behind in his studies. Eobard wanted to study the Speed Force, a force from which all movement is connected, with the Flash Museum, a museum dedicated to the Flash, a superhero from the past, but his lack of time to prepare and study cost him this opportunity.
