Damian Wayne's first Robin costume

Damian as Redbird
Damian Wayne was born to the superhero Batman (secretly billionaire Bruce Wayne) and terrorist Talia al Ghul. Batman and Talia were both enemies and lovers, sometimes working together (usually working against Ra's al Ghul or someone related to his League of Assassins. Made to take command of the League of assassins, he was raised by Talia and the league. Damian was trained to fight and kill since he came out of the artificial womb, he was a skilled martial artist as a small child and his mom dueled him every single day of his life until he beat her then Tali felt he was ready to meet Batman. By the age of ten Talia left Damian in the Batman's custody to be trained by his father. He was spoiled, precocious, selfish and violent. Inside the Batcave he sucker punched and battled Tim Drake (the current Robin) to replace him as Batman's sidekick. Batman grounded him but he escaped wearing a modified version of the orignal Robin's costume and killed a villain. Even though he was a murderer and misguided he wanted to help his father in the never ending war against crime.

Damian as Batman
When Batman was believed to be dead, Nightwing stepped in to train Damian and the two developed a strong bond.
