Stretch Dude is Bart Simpson's superhero alter ego in The Simpsons episode "Treehouse of Horror X" in the short 'Desperately Xeeking Xena'.
Stretch Dude is voiced by Nancy Cartwright.
Origin[]
When Bart Simpson was bombarded with x-rays during a Halloween event, he gained spectacular stretching powers he used to fight crime as Stretch Dude.
Biography[]
When Bart and Lisa Simpson visited Springfeild Elementary School to have their Halloween candy inspected, the two ended up being bombarded with strong x-rays. Lisa discovered that she had super strength and durability while Bart discovered that he had an elastic body he could control. Soon, the siblings decided to become a superhero duo: Stretch Dude (Bart) and Clobber Girl (Lisa).
In one adventure, they were sent to rescue actress Lucy Lawless from the nerdy villain The Collector (who was clearly the comic store owner known as Comic Book Guy). After battling him, the two were defeated and seemingly about to meet their doom when Lucy Lawless turned the tables on the Collector and vanquished him. She then rescued Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl and flew them off into the sunset.
Other Appearances[]

My Sister, My Sidekick[]
Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl are asked to babysit their sister Maggie. They ran into scientist Prof. Frink who accidentally uses a "copy" device on Maggie, giving her a combination of both of their powers and she emerges as the Bouncing Battle Baby, joining the three on adventures.
Personality[]
Playful and mischievous, Bart's newfound stretching ability is a power he loves to use to annoy others.
