Super Hero Girls' First Battle

Super Hero Girls Ready for Action
When Barbara Gordon, secretly the superhero Batgirl, began attending Metropolis High School, she began to suspect many of the student body were super-powered. When a food fight is started as a result of her investigation, many of the students were sent to detention, including Karen Beecher, Jessica Cruz, Kara Danvers, and Zee Zatara. Another student revealed herself to be Wonder Woman there and it is known all of these girls have powers, so she offered to train them. In exchange, the other girls offered to teach Wonder Woman, dubbed Diana Prince, how to become a typical teenager. The teens took on the identities Bumblebee (Karen Beecher), Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), Supergirl (Kara Danvers), Zatanna (Zee Zatara) and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon). In their first mission, they ended up creating as big a mess as they attempted to stop, so much so Wonder Woman's mother arrived to take her home. However, the girls convinced Wonder Woman to return to help them defeat a threat and become a team.
Months later, the team built their own base under the teen hangout Sweet Justice and refer to their team as the Super Hero Girls. The team would go on to help defend Metropolis from villains as well as dealing with misadventures sometimes created by themselves.
