Superboy (sometimes called Superboy Prime or the Superboy of Earth Prime) is a superhero turned villain in the DC Universe.
Origin[edit | edit source]
Born on an alternate Earth where superheroes only exist in comic books, young Clark Kent lived an almost identiical life to who he thought was a fictional character before learning that he too was a powerful alien.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Kal-El was a child born on the planet Krypton and was the son of the scientists Jor-El and Lara. Jor-El, learning of the coming destruction of his world, put his son in a rocket to escape. He landed on Earth and was found by a couple, Jerryand Noami Kent, who raised him as their own. Noami named him Clark, who coincidentally shared a name with the popular comic book character Superman. This often resulted in him being teased but Clark took it in stride and even made a small circle of friends.
