Lisa Jennings is Superwoman, a superhero in the the DC Universe.
Origin[]
Lisa Jennings was just an ordinary woman working as a teacher in Danville, Ohio, until she stumbled onto a Kryptonian sunstone. The stone was inert and harmless until Lisa met Superman. Designed to only function in the presence of a Kryptonian, the sunstone activated and connected Lisa's mind to Superman's. The sunstone not only transferred the dark, repressed parts of Superman's mind into hers, but also tapped into his powers and gave Lisa powers similar to Superman's.
Initially the dark thoughts that the sunstone transferred to Lisa made her evil and her only goal was to see Superman destroyed, but when Superman used the sunstone to transfer his hope to Lisa, it cured her of the dark thoughts. Lisa decided to become Superwoman and use her powers to make up for the evil deeds she had done under the sunstone's influence.
Powers[]
Superwoman has all of the powers that Superman has, only at reduced levels.
