Weather Woman is a superhero identity taken by Uniqua in the children's series The Backyardigans.
With her partner, Captain Hammer (Backyardigans), Weather Woman stopped the villainous duo of Yucky Man and Dr. Shrinky from taking the Key to the World inside the Tower of Power.
