Xavier's Security Enforcers is a team of superheroes/police officers from an alternate future in the Marvel Universe.
Origin[]
In the future, a police enforcement team was created to fight criminal mutants, taking the name Xavier's Security Enforcers after mutant rights activist and superhero Professor X.
History[]
Following an event called the Gene War, humans and mutants were forced to team up in a world beseiged by Sentinels, robots designed to hunt mutants that have run amok. However, it wasn't long before the alliance started to fracture and soon factions were willing to re-ignite war between humans and mutants despite the threat to both sides. In response, Scott Summers formed the Xavier's Security Enforcers (or the XSE) for the purpose of keeping the peace between the two sides.
